This resistance furnace is mainly composed of the furnace casing,
the furnace lining, the heating elements, the elevator mechanism of
the furnace door and the electric control system. 1. The furnace casing is welded and formed by the shaped steel and
the steel plate with excellent appearance and fixed stiffness. 2. The high aluminum brick is built in the inner layer of the
furnace lining, the light weight fireclay brick in the intermediate
layer, and the thermal insulation packing material in the outer
layer. 3. The heating elements are coiled into the spiral shape through
the 0Cr21Al6Nb high-temperature resistance wire and arranged on the
two sides and the bottom of the chamber. 4. Elevator mechanism of the furnace door: the furnace door is
composed of the furnace door, the rope pulley, the bearing, the
sprocket wheel, the balanced weight and the compressing apparatus
of the furnace door. In order to guarantee the operational safety,
the travel switch is installed on the furnace door and linked with
the rising and falling of the furnace door. When the furnace door
is open, the power supply of the resistance furnace is
automatically turned on, so the safety of the operator can be
guaranteed. 5. Electric control system: the imported intelligent self-adapting
PlD temperature controller whose model is XW一9 is adopted to
control the temperature, the 4-stage slope + the heat-insulated
procedures are adopted, and the current with 4 to 20 MA is output
to the cyclic wave controller. The continuous regulation can
control the output power of the silicon controlled DC
voltage-stabilized source to achieve the purpose of controlling the
temperature, so the stability of the chamber temperature can be
guaranteed. Once the temperature is exceeded, the major heating
loop can be disconnected immediately by using a miniature-type rely
to drive the alternating current contactor to guarantee the
stability of the temperature. The inner circular chart recorder of
Dahua Group in Shanghai is adopted to record the temperature, so
the furnace temperature technology curve can be recorded at any
